Welcome to Rhodes House Oxford

Rhodes House is a hidden delight, right in the heart of Oxford. Fashioned after a Cotswold mansion with colonial influences, for nearly 100 years the House has been the gathering place for Rhodes Scholars and their distinguished guests. Prestigious alumni include students who achieved fame in leadership, science and sport such as Edwin Hubble, Howard Florey, Bill Clinton, Bob Hawke, Naomi Wolf and Bill Bradley to name but a few.

Now the trustees have kindly agreed to open the House so that every year a handful of others can walk the same boards, and enjoy the peace and quiet that is offered by this private world.

The House is the perfect venue for both corporate and private events. For businesses seeking complete privacy and somewhere very different. For families and friends wanting the perfect wedding reception or party venue, and for production companies hunting for that special photographic location, your search is over.
